About the Role

You will monitor and maintain automated warehouse equipment, diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation failures, and complete preventive and corrective maintenance. You will use system data and CMMS records to resolve recurring issues, support technical escalations, guide technicians, and uphold safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting experience
• At least 1 year of VFD diagnostic experience
• At least 1 year of AC and DC motor experience
• Hands-on experience with automated systems and motor-driven equipment
• Experience supporting autonomous or semi-autonomous systems
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Linux
• Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotics and electro-mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automated systems
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting
• Diagnose failures across PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control hardware
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Use system data, alarms, logs, and dashboards to identify faults
• Document maintenance activities and findings in CMMS
• Act as a technical escalation point during disruptions
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and operators
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, and safety standards
