About the Role
You will establish and lead global OFCI procurement for AI data centres. You will develop sourcing and supplier strategies, negotiate equipment and service agreements, manage logistics and contracts, lead a procurement team, and ensure power and cooling equipment is delivered, commissioned, maintained, and ready for operations.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
- Knowledge of AI data centre MEP systems, power distribution, generators, air cooling, liquid cooling, and OFCI delivery frameworks.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex equipment purchase, service, and maintenance agreements.
- Experience building and leading multi-location procurement teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define the global OFCI procurement strategy and operating model.
- Partner with construction, engineering, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders.
- Develop vendor capacity reservations, multi-sourcing, and supply-chain risk strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain procurement team members.
- Establish KPIs, vendor scorecards, SOPs, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Negotiate equipment purchases with OEMs.
- Apply total cost of ownership and volume rebate models.
- Manage logistics and on-time delivery to construction sites.
- Coordinate handoff, installation, commissioning, and warranty activation.
- Negotiate long-term operations, maintenance, service-level, and warranty agreements.
- Ensure operational readiness, spare-parts availability, and preventative maintenance terms.
