About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting Unlimit's in-house card-processing system, communicating with clients, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will interact with client's support representatives in Slack chats, escalate tickets to the Card Processing Engineers when needed, and monitor the card-processing system online. You will analyze system events and logs, receive and process reverse tasks from internal teams, and perform and automate routine procedures such as file exchange and running scheduled tasks. You will also set up emulators of payment systems for test and pre-prod environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting card processing systems at least 1 year or 2 years of any payment processing systems
  • Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part
  • Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
  • PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries
