About the Role
You will manage assigned suppliers from qualification through sustained quality improvement for server-grade components. You will assess manufacturing capability, traceability and change control; turn audit findings into preventive actions; and drive containment, root-cause analysis and corrective actions. You will investigate manufacturing issues, verify fixes, and work with engineering, sourcing, operations and suppliers to manage quality risks.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent practical background
- Hands-on experience in supplier quality, supplier development, manufacturing quality or process engineering
- Technical understanding of at least one server-grade component or module category
- Ability to independently lead supplier audits, evaluate manufacturing risks and drive cross-functional actions to closure
- Knowledge of supplier qualification, process controls, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, 8D and 5 Why problem-solving
- Clear English reporting, supplier-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan and internationally
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned suppliers from qualification through sustained quality improvement
- Assess supplier manufacturing capability, traceability and change control
- Turn audit findings into actions that prevent defects
- Drive containment, root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Verify corrective actions before closing issues
- Build technical knowledge of server-grade component manufacturing processes, failure modes and reliability risks
- Work with engineering, sourcing, operations and suppliers to agree practical quality actions
- Travel within Taiwan and internationally for supplier audits, qualifications, issue resolution and new product introduction
