About the Role
You lead end-to-end demand and supply planning across global product lines and inventory channels. You run the Sales and Operations Planning process, align supply plans with business objectives, identify risks and constraints, drive NPI transitions, report supply chain performance, improve processes and automation, manage supplier continuity, and mentor sourcing and planning professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing or demand planning within AI infrastructure or high-scale technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Expertise with forecasting, ERP systems and supply planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis or Blue Yonder
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for presenting operational data to executive leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional operational planning and process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R is desirable
- Experience in consumer electronics, AI infrastructure or data center hardware is desirable
- APICS or PMP certification is desirable
- Experience in global sourcing and supply chain organizations is desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand and supply plans
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process
- Align supply plans with financial and business objectives
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering
- Identify supply risks, demand fluctuations and operational constraints
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Drive NPI transitions
- Track and report forecast accuracy, inventory metrics and delivery performance
- Lead supply chain process optimization and automation initiatives
- Partner with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and mentorship across sourcing and planning functions
