About the Role
You will collaborate with global teams to research market trends, consumption patterns and competitive positions, deriving findings and recommendations. You will work with business units such as Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Product, providing strategic support to drive platform growth. You will perform data-driven and qualitative analysis to develop key insights and impactful recommendations. You will assist management in preparing key operational metrics, financial models, presentations and reports, coordinate in-house communications across functions, and help with ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or Tech is a plus
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets, Payments, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- High level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Python, SQL or other querying languages are good to have
