About the Role
Support the trading lifecycle by reconciling trade executions and position data, monitoring exposures, analyzing trading performance, and supporting lending, settlement, and post-trade activities. Liaise with liquidity providers and counterparties and coordinate information across internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Middle Office, Back Office, or related trading or financial operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical, precise approach
- Understanding of capital markets and financial products
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to generate dashboards with AI tools
- SQL experience required; Python knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Reconcile trade executions and position data across multiple systems and platforms
- Monitor exposures and ensure alignment with eToro’s global risk framework
- Analyze trading performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Support and operate lending, settlement, and post-trade activities
- Liaise with external liquidity providers and counterparties worldwide
- Act as a central point of contact, sharing information and collaborating with other internal teams
