About the Role
You will lead AI-agent development from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and ongoing production improvements. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, resolve issues, keep delivery on track, and communicate customer needs to research and platform partners.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to complex problems
- Read API documentation and understand data models and system architecture
- Manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects and deliver outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead the agent development life cycle from scoping through production iteration
- Translate business goals into agent conversation designs, tooling, and evaluations
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy
- Run customer working sessions and troubleshoot agent issues
- Keep agent builds on track for launch
- Surface customer needs to inform product direction
