About the Role

You will lead launch readiness, create technical training and customer-facing collateral, and develop repeatable enablement systems. You will train sellers and solution architects on technical concepts, collect field and customer feedback, and measure program impact through ramp time, adoption, and win rates.

Requirements

5+ years in product enablement, GTM enablement, field enablement, or product marketing
Experience enabling internal sales teams including AEs and SAs
Technical depth through a computer science or engineering background, SE/SA experience, or building demos and technical content
Experience writing collateral and running enablement sessions
Experience building repeatable workflows and measuring success
Experience using AI tools for productivity
Based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

Partner on product positioning, write launch communications, and run readiness sessions
Build and deliver technical enablement on inference, GPUs, latency, and deployment
Produce customer-facing decks, battlecards, and demos
Build repeatable enablement systems that support the product roadmap
Own the product feedback system from customers and the field
Define and report enablement metrics including ramp time, adoption, and launch win rates
