About the Role
You will lead clinical and digital care management offerings, use market and patient data to develop clinical delivery approaches, create research packages, cultivate partnerships, provide General Medicine expertise in client discussions, guide utilization management and medical policy programs, and monitor program performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Completed US-based residency program
- Internal Medicine or Family Practice training preferred
- Board certification as an MD or DO with a current unrestricted state medical license
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency or fellowship
- 5+ years of experience in managed care or clinical strategy
- MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree preferred
- Experience designing innovative clinical programs and interventions
- Success building credibility influence and partnerships with clients
- Executive presence and effective communication with partners and clients
- Cross-functional collaboration and internal influence
- Communication team management and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities and cross-team relationship management
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and digital care management offerings
- Use market data consumer research and patient analytics to develop clinical delivery approaches
- Create research packages and investigate clinical offerings and strategic partners
- Cultivate external partnerships and vendor relationships
- Provide General Medicine expertise in strategy and client discussions
- Support prospective client meetings and sales opportunities through travel
- Build client relationships and support solution delivery and upsell opportunities
- Participate in clinical and digital care management strategic planning
- Guide utilization management and medical policy programs
- Monitor clinical program performance and support continuous improvement
