• Onboard and develop team members
• Run one-on-ones and coaching
• Build the procurement activation playbook
• Define implementation standards
• Provide structured product feedback
• Define deal handoff and resourcing standards
• Build scalable implementation processes
• Identify systemic implementation blockers
• Drive cross-functional resolution
• Represent procurement activation in go-to-market planning
• Contribute to headcount discussions
• Influence roadmap discussions
