About the Role
WealthPark株式会社 is seeking a strategic consultant at partner or manager level to lead DX consulting for real-estate clients, from strategy and business reform through requirements definition, implementation support, adoption, analytics, and organizational planning.
Requirements
- Experience in business process reform, business design, or As-Is/To-Be process visualization at a consulting firm or operating company.
- Experience with DX or system planning, including scope definition, requirements gathering, or requirements definition.
- Project management or PMO experience, including progress, issue, and stakeholder management.
- Logical thinking and documentation skills, including issue organization, structuring, and document creation.
- Ability to coordinate and build consensus from executives to frontline employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead DX strategy and business reform design.
- Plan system implementations, define requirements, and support implementation.
- Lead business transformation projects from conceptualization through adoption.
- Provide data utilization and analytics support.
- Lead projects and advance the team and organization from a business growth perspective.
- Contribute to business planning, workforce planning, recruitment, M&A, DD, and PMI support as appropriate.
