About the Role
You will lead the vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings in Speech Language Pathology, use market and patient data to design new clinical delivery approaches, develop research packages, cultivate partnerships, support client-facing growth activities, guide utilization management and medical policy programs, and monitor program performance.
Requirements
- Completed US-based Speech Language Pathology training program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond clinical fellowship
- Active state licensure
- 5+ years of experience in managed care or clinical strategy preferred
- MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree preferred
- Experience designing innovative clinical programs and interventions
- Success building credibility influence and partnerships with clients
- Executive presence and effective communication with partners and clients
- Cross-functional collaboration and internal influence
- Communication team management and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities and cross-team relationship management
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and digital care management offerings in Speech Language Pathology
- Use market data consumer research and patient analytics to develop clinical delivery approaches
- Create research packages and investigate clinical offerings and strategic partners
- Cultivate external partnerships and vendor relationships
- Provide Speech Language Pathology expertise in strategy and client discussions
- Support prospective client meetings and sales opportunities through travel
- Build client relationships and support solution delivery and upsell opportunities
- Participate in clinical and digital care management strategic planning
- Guide utilization management and medical policy programs
- Monitor clinical program performance and support continuous improvement
