About the Role
You will own customer deployment and activation success, understand customer use cases and success metrics, and co-develop AI solutions and workflows. You will build champion communities, deliver customized workshops and training, refine materials using adoption data, build executive relationships, and identify new enablement opportunities. You may travel domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience owning activation success and measurable adoption outcomes
- Experience understanding customer use cases, workflows, and business objectives
- Experience implementing activation strategies, champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
- Experience building advocate networks and power-user communities
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and ROI
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos
- Technical communication skills
- Experience delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops
- Content customization skills
- Stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Program management skills
Responsibilities
- Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics
- Co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows with customers
- Design and execute activation strategies
- Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, customized training, and workshops

- Train internal customer trainers
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
- Customize and deliver learning experiences for customers
- Refine materials based on customer feedback and adoption data
