About the Role
You will travel to offsite collection homes to create realistic data-collection environments. You will arrange furniture and props, transport equipment, coordinate scene requirements, maintain inventory, troubleshoot site issues, document configurations, and ensure each collection space meets safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Set design, staging, event setup, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on experience
- Ability to travel 75% or more, including extended stays at remote locations
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds regularly, move furniture, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Travel to offsite data-collection locations
- Set up collection-home environments, including furniture, props, and scene configurations
- Ensure environments meet data-collection specifications
- Coordinate scene requirements and timelines with the data-collection team
- Load, unload, and transport equipment, furniture, and props
- Maintain equipment and prop inventory and report damage or replacement needs
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt setups
- Document site configurations and capture reference photos
- Ensure collection spaces are safe and compliant with operational standards
