About the Role
You will build the operating foundation for security programs and turn risk priorities into accountable, tracked plans. You will lead vulnerability management, establish safety and security by design processes, maintain security roadmaps, track incident follow-ups, and coordinate audit readiness. You will connect Security with Engineering, Research, Legal, and IT to resolve blockers and deliver durable programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience running security, infrastructure, or platform programs in a fast-growing engineering organization
- Experience building durable, repeatable programs from scratch
- Technical depth in vulnerabilities, remediation trade-offs, and system dependencies
- Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct management responsibility
Responsibilities
- Drive the vulnerability management program from intake through verified closure
- Establish Safety and Security by Design processes, checklists, launch gates, and accountability
- Own security roadmaps and planning artifacts
- Track incident response follow-ups and corrective actions to verified resolution
- Build audit-readiness tracking for requirements, owners, and evidence
- Coordinate programs across Security, Engineering, Research, and Legal
- Partner with IT to establish operational processes, tracking systems, and operating cadences
