About the Role
You will identify and close security gaps in infrastructure and services. You will shape security engineering strategy, represent the discipline across the organization, help attract security talent, and represent the organization at academic and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data security or related areas
- Expertise in at least two security domains, such as cryptography, Kubernetes security, web security, governance, privacy, authentication, identity management, access control, key management, inter-service authentication, secure application frameworks, or detection and response
- 10+ years of experience building highly available large-scale distributed systems
- Leadership experience across functional and organizational lines
- Communication skills to explain and evangelize data security to senior leaders
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field
