About the Role
You will design, deploy, and govern scalable cryptographic key-management infrastructure. You will manage hardware security modules, establish key and certificate lifecycle policies, implement access controls and automation, assess risks and compliance, and provide secure platform guidance to engineering teams.
Requirements
- MS or Ph.D. in a highly technical relevant field
- 10+ years of deep technical experience
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and Hardware Security Module deployment and management
- Knowledge of encryption technologies, security controls, and compliance frameworks
- Understanding of OIDC, LDAP, cloud IAM, secret engines, PKI, encryption, and credential lifecycle
- Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance, disaster recovery, and capacity management
- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and configuration management
- Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD automation
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable secure infrastructure solutions
- Own and govern Hardware Security Modules
- Develop platform standards, policies, access models, and workflows
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments and support disaster-recovery strategies
- Collaborate on requirements, key operations, and capacity planning
- Advocate for secret lifecycle management, authentication, and identity-federation practices
- Create tooling, automation, onboarding guides, and libraries for platform access
