About the Role
You will lead major cloud product and infrastructure initiatives, solve difficult technical and quality problems, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with designers and product managers. You will build full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent real-world engineering experience
- 10+ years of software experience
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
Responsibilities
- Lead major projects from new product development through expansion of cloud primitives
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on Replit Cloud
- Identify difficult technical and quality problems and build solutions
- Mentor and develop senior engineers
- Build full-stack product infrastructure using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform
- Build cloud-powered product experiences that remove user roadblocks
- Use AI agents to optimize or suggest improvements for latency, reliability, and SEO
- Provide engineering leadership and support high-impact initiatives
