About the Role
You will design, build, and operate systems that control access to advanced models. You will create configurable trusted-access programs, develop reusable identity and business verification services, protect sensitive data, and evolve highly available access and identity services. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and lead incident response.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience
- Experience designing and operating critical-path distributed systems
- Product strategy and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience owning work from design through operations
- Experience setting technical direction
- Ability to work across the stack
- Regular use of AI tools for software design, development, and review
Responsibilities
