About the Role

You will build and operate autonomous agents for go-to-market workflows, create human oversight and evaluation frameworks, instrument production systems, and ship MCP servers and web applications. You will set technical direction, maintain shared codebases, and iterate directly on real seller workflows.

Requirements

• Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills.
• Production application engineering experience.
• Production LLM experience, including context engineering, agent development, MCP development, tool use, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience using evaluations and transcript analysis to improve LLM systems.
• SQL fluency.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver simple solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate autonomous agents for go-to-market motions.
• Design approval gates, handoffs, and escalation paths for human oversight.
• Develop and run agent evaluation frameworks.
• Instrument model and tool calls and measure pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications connected to business systems.
• Set technical direction for agent development, evaluation, and operations.
• Architect shared codebases and engineering conventions.
• Work with sellers to iterate on agent workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques.
