About the Role

You will build AI agents and internal tools that explore data, form hypotheses, run queries, interpret results, and draft recommendations. You will develop warehouse retrieval and evaluation infrastructure, automate data lifecycle workflows, ship experiment-analysis agents, and monitor AI-powered data products in production.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
• SQL and analytics expertise
• Experience with metrics, experiments, and data models
• Product sense for building adoptable workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG systems, evaluations, or AI-powered workflows
• Experience with dbt, warehouse schemas, and data quality
• Ability to systematize manual processes, measure quality, and iterate
• Ability to define and execute a new-function roadmap

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for end-to-end data science workflows
• Build retrieval infrastructure and evaluation loops for warehouse querying
• Turn AI-assisted workflows into reusable tools and systems
• Automate pipelines, dbt model generation, validation, data quality, and diagnosis workflows
• Build AI-powered A/B test analysis agents
• Create self-serve AI data products
• Prototype with LLMs, evaluate accuracy, design UX, ship products, and monitor quality
