About the Role

You will own the technical design and delivery of enterprise-facing products across the stack. You will shape product and architecture decisions, turn customer workflows into products, set technical standards, collaborate with research, mentor engineers, and build primitives that help knowledge workers use Claude.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
• Experience leading complex customer-facing full-stack products
• Experience building AI products
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Experience building products from 0 to 1
• Ability to drive cross-team alignment
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education training and experience

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products across the stack
• Turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped products with product design and go-to-market partners
• Set technical direction and standards for architecture code quality and development practices
• Translate enterprise customer and sales learnings into engineering priorities
• Shape evaluations surface model failure modes and feed customer learnings into model development
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar
• Build core primitives that enable knowledge workers to leverage Claude
