About the Role
You will own connector activation from discovery through sustained use, using funnels and experiments to remove adoption friction. You will build zero-touch setup and enterprise governance controls, improve major integrations, establish platform foundations, align cross-functional partners, and set technical direction while mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- Experience shipping growth or activation work involving onboarding, funnels, experimentation, and usage measurement
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSO
- Experience building on Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, or similar platform APIs
- Experience building durable platform or ecosystem APIs
- Understanding of enterprise policy, permissions, and governance
- Ability to use data and user research to make product decisions
- Ability to drive cross-team and cross-company alignment
Responsibilities
- Own connector activation from discovery through habitual use
- Measure activation funnels, identify drop-offs, and improve them
- Build experiments for connectors, requests, and onboarding flows
- Build zero-touch setup using authorization standards
- Improve Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connector experiences
- Build reusable platform foundations for connectors
- Build enterprise admin controls and governance
- Turn usage data and customer feedback into priorities
- Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and lead through influence
