About the Role
You will design and build scalable CI infrastructure across cloud providers. You will develop intelligent test selection, strengthen automated incident response and observability, and improve test reliability through flake detection, quarantine systems, and state management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale CI/CD systems
- Experience with CI orchestration tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Experience with container orchestration at scale
- Developer productivity expertise
- Reliability engineering expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable, scalable CI infrastructure across multiple cloud providers
- Develop intelligent test-selection systems that preserve code quality
- Build and improve incident-response automation, recovery, load-shedding, and observability tooling
- Improve test reliability through flake detection, quarantine systems, and test-state management
