About the Role
You will lead the delivery of autonomy capabilities for emerging air, maritime, space, and logistics platforms. You will develop and integrate software, guide technical direction, coordinate with platform and engineering partners, lead design and validation work, support deployments and live tests, debug complex systems, and improve integration workflows.
Requirements
- BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert C++ development experience
- Expert Linux development experience
- Experience leading complex autonomy or systems-integration efforts
- Experience influencing technical direction across engineering teams
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead autonomy programs for new platforms
- Develop and integrate autonomy software
- Lead feature crews and mentor engineers
- Coordinate platform interfaces and mission readiness
- Lead design reviews architecture discussions and ICD development
- Drive validation release readiness and deployment preparation
- Support live tests demonstrations and operational events
- Lead hardware and software root-cause analysis
- Analyze mission data and drive improvements
- Implement command-and-control interfaces and interoperability standards
- Travel to offices customer sites training events and tests
