About the Role
You will own the architecture and delivery of agentic workflows for web content creation and publishing. You will build reliability systems, evaluation suites, regression testing, feedback loops, human-in-the-loop review workflows, approval routing, notifications, audit logging, and enforceable guardrails. You will partner with stakeholders and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with technical ownership of production systems
- Experience building and operating LLM-powered production systems
- Experience designing quality and evaluation frameworks for generative outputs
- Understanding of human-in-the-loop system design, approval workflows, review interfaces, audit logging, and guardrails
- Understanding of content systems, publishing pipelines, CMS, deployment pipelines, and edge delivery
- Ability to translate non-engineering workflow requirements into agent architecture
- Experience mentoring engineers
