About the Role

You will own core wallet backend modules covering address management asset synchronization transaction construction broadcasting confirmations gas estimation nonce management and transaction state tracking. You will build transaction and on chain interaction scenarios support integrations with multiple blockchain networks troubleshoot production issues drive projects through delivery and improve engineering quality. You will also use AI coding tools while validating their output for correctness performance and security.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of Java backend experience
• Strong knowledge of Java collections concurrency thread pools the JVM network communication and performance issues
• Proficiency with Spring Boot Spring Cloud MyBatis or comparable backend frameworks
• Experience designing complex or high concurrency systems with idempotency retries compensation caching message queues distributed locks consistency rate limiting and service degradation
• Experience with wallets blockchain trading platforms on chain data services or related systems
• Knowledge of addresses keys mnemonics transaction signing broadcasting confirmations gas and nonce management
• Familiarity with at least one of EVM Tron or Solana and token standards such as ERC-20 and TRC-20
• Strong security awareness covering private keys signing permissions replay protection authentication tamper resistance sensitive data and least privilege
• Experience troubleshooting production issues involving performance degradation timeouts message backlogs data inconsistencies memory issues or unstable third party services
• Basic understanding of prompts context management RAG AI agents and MCP or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Own wallet backend modules for address management asset synchronization transactions broadcasting confirmations gas estimation nonce management and state tracking
• Build transfers token approvals contract interactions cross chain transactions swaps DApp connections and signature request handling
• Support integrations with EVM Tron Solana Layer 2 networks new public chains and new asset standards
• Monitor systems and implement alerting rate limiting graceful degradation retries compensation and data reconciliation
• Investigate incidents using logs on chain data metrics traces and thread or memory analysis
• Coordinate dependencies and risks across product QA frontend infrastructure and backend teams
• Participate in design discussions code reviews system optimization and technical documentation
• Use AI coding tools for code comprehension scaffolding testing review troubleshooting refactoring and documentation
