About the Role
You design and operate deposit and withdrawal systems that protect customer assets from duplicate payments and loss. You build custody backends with policy validation multi-approval and audit records. You develop blockchain data layers and real-time anomaly detection systems while resolving transaction bottlenecks and improving code quality through reviews and testing.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of backend development and operations experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate strong coding ability and write clear verifiable code
- Design systems by analyzing trade-offs between consistency stability and maintainability
- Ensure data consistency during concurrent requests retries and partial failures
- Measure analyze and improve performance bottlenecks in production environments
- Trace incidents to their root causes and resolve them at the system level
