About the Role

You will design and maintain QA automation frameworks, automated test suites, and AI-driven testing capabilities. You will validate AI agents, APIs, workflows, and integrations; investigate failures; improve regression coverage; collaborate on root-cause analysis; evaluate testing technologies; and document test strategies and engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, test engineering, or a related discipline
  • Programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java
  • Proficiency with Google Cloud, AWS, and cloud infrastructure technologies
  • Experience designing and maintaining QA automation frameworks using Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools
  • Experience owning test strategy and test inventory
  • Ability to analyze failures, establish reproducible test scenarios, perform root-cause analysis, and drive release quality

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain QA automation frameworks and test suites
  • Build AI-driven test automation capabilities
  • Create automated validation for AI agents, MCP servers, workflows, APIs, and integrations
  • Develop automation for failure analysis, defect detection, and regression analysis
  • Collaborate to troubleshoot issues and deliver regression coverage
  • Develop tests for AI agent performance, security, health, and reliability
  • Validate logging, metrics, monitoring, and observability
  • Evaluate AI testing and agentic automation frameworks
  • Replace manual testing with scalable AI-driven automation
  • Document technical designs, test strategies, and operational procedures
