About the Role

Strengthen security across applications, infrastructure, and distributed AI systems through advanced penetration testing, red team operations, AI/ML attack-surface research, and secure-by-design guardrails. Integrate security tooling, secure Kubernetes and CI/CD environments, and lead security programs from design through deployment.

Requirements

8-10 years of hands-on offensive security experience
Experience with manual penetration testing, red team operations, and adversary simulation
Familiarity with Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Havoc, exploit development, and security research
Expertise across MLOps, inference architectures, vector databases, RAG, and agentic frameworks
Experience securing LLM pipelines and AI workflows in Kubernetes or bare-metal environments
Production programming experience in Go, Python, or Rust
Experience securing Kubernetes, containers, VMs, and CI/CD environments
Deep understanding of application security vulnerabilities, secure coding, and distributed systems
Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives

Responsibilities

Perform advanced manual penetration testing across applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, and microservices
Lead red team operations, adversary simulations, and security research
Secure LLM pipelines, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
Research novel attack surfaces in LLMs and autonomous systems
Embed security into the SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, container images, and deployment workflows
Integrate and operationalize SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning tools
Build hardened base images, reusable libraries, and policy-as-code frameworks
Develop production-grade security tooling
Lead cross-functional security programs from design through deployment
