About the Role

You will own product strategy for fraud and account operations platforms, define the case-management and investigation roadmap, drive AI-based alert resolution, reduce customer friction from fraud controls, architect foundational security services, and partner across compliance, operations, privacy, engineering, data science, and legal.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of product management experience
Experience building and shipping internal tools
Experience with fraud or risk operations platforms at scale
Experience shipping AI/ML-based automation
Experience using product analytics for product decisions
Ability to synthesize complex problems into executable strategies
Technical depth with case management systems, workflow automation platforms, or risk decisioning engines
Track record of driving complex initiatives from conception to completion

Responsibilities

Set the vision, strategy, and priorities for the fraud and account operations platform
Own the multi-year roadmap for case-management and investigation tooling
Drive AI-based automation of fraud alert resolution and account lifecycle claims
Reduce customer friction and ticket volume from fraud controls
Partner on messaging, self-service flows, and policy clarity
Architect foundational services, policies, and system controls
Partner with compliance, operations, privacy, engineering, data science, and legal teams
