About the Role
You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key fraud projects. You will work with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations, and external vendors to launch secure fraud systems, manage fraud and account takeover detection and prevention mechanisms, support investigations, protect users, and minimize disruption to legitimate activity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure
- Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and vendors
- Experience managing API-based integrations
- Organizational and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical systems into product requirements and roadmaps
- Familiarity with account takeover or identity management
- Familiarity with AI-enabled case management automation
- Experience with legal, compliance, or traditional finance regulations
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions
- Revamp fraud and account takeover case management
- Lead fraud feature delivery from discovery through launch
- Define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes
- Ensure products meet requirements across jurisdictions
- Define integration scope with external vendors
- Build systems that support investigations and risk detection
- Protect users while minimizing friction for legitimate activity
- Improve monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alerting quality, and operational efficiency
