About the Role
You will own the investment strategy for tax compliance platforms, build automation and AI-enabled systems, partner with Operations and Compliance, prototype scalable solutions, prioritize work, and ensure tax payments and filings remain accurate and timely.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience
- Experience owning internal-facing platforms, tooling, or operational systems
- Track record of building automation, tooling, or system improvements
- Strong technical fluency
- Experience in a compliance-driven or highly regulated domain
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation
- Ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Engineering
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Ability to prioritize using clear frameworks
Responsibilities
- Own the investment strategy for tax compliance
- Decide which capabilities to build and how to sequence them
- Set the long-term direction for tax compliance
- Make prioritization tradeoffs and create an executable plan
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and CX
- Identify operational friction and validate solutions
- Prototype scalable solutions
- Use AI to accelerate delivery
- Build automation, tooling, and system improvements
- Own outcomes end to end
