About the Role
You own a critical platform product area from definition through delivery. You write product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, define success metrics, lead customer discovery, and drive zero-to-one initiatives through launch and iteration. You work with application and engineering stakeholders to make technical trade-offs, present plans and demos, support go-to-market adoption, and improve product management practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience at growth-stage or scaling technology companies
- 4+ years managing platform teams and technical products as a Product Manager
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage on architectural trade-offs
- Proven zero-to-one product-building experience
- Track record of shipping products with measurable value
- Experience running product development lifecycle practices across complex multi-team environments
- Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and enterprise customers
- Deep experience in B2B SaaS product development and enterprise sales cycles
- Construction finance or fintech experience is a differentiator
Responsibilities
- Own product definition execution and delivery
- Write product requirements documents
- Groom backlogs and plan sprints
- Translate application needs into a prioritized platform roadmap
- Sequence investments in scale reliability and developer productivity
- Understand customer problems and identify solutions
- Define Platform team success metrics and OKRs
- Prioritize the roadmap using evidence
- Drive zero-to-one product efforts from discovery through iteration
- Present roadmaps delivery plans and product demos
- Partner with go-to-market teams on adoption
- Review engineering designs and guide implementation trade-offs
- Improve collaboration between platform and application teams
- Improve product management practices
