About the Role
You will design and evolve end-to-end customer relationship systems across customer profile, activation, retention, and re-engagement. You will create data- and AI-driven personalized experiences, identify structural journey problems, shape product and CRM strategy, and influence prioritization. You will lead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation and work across Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering.

- Design and evolve end-to-end customer relationship systems
- Create personalized experiences using data, segmentation, AI, and predictive models
- Identify structural customer-journey and experience problems
- Shape product and CRM strategy and influence prioritization
- Work across squads to connect fragmented experiences
- Design multichannel communication systems
- Translate behavioral data and customer signals into experience decisions and product rules
- Lead high-impact initiatives from concept through implementation
- Partner with Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering to create scalable, measurable solutions
