About the Role
You will own the Infrastructure Platform strategy and roadmap. You will translate reliability, isolation, data-residency, and multi-cloud goals into product plans, write PRDs, prioritize trade-offs, define platform metrics, and align technical and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined engineering and product experience for Staff or 10+ years with product leadership for Principal
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or senior/staff engineer is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, networking, identity/authentication, and observability
- Platform product judgment focused on reusability, operability, and developer experience
- Product discovery, roadmapping, PRD writing, success metrics, and delivery-process experience
- Ability to align engineering, security, and business stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication for audiences with varying technical depth
Responsibilities
- Own the Infrastructure Platform strategy and roadmap
- Represent internal engineering and enterprise infrastructure stakeholders
- Drive discovery and write PRDs
- Prioritize scope, sequencing, and risk
- Define and track platform metrics
- Establish scalable processes for region readiness, certification, release management, and alignment
- Align Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, Compliance, and customer-facing teams
- Connect infrastructure capabilities to enterprise revenue opportunities
- Communicate across technical and business contexts
