  • Experience with scalable training, large datasets, or large models
  • Research publications in top-tier venues
  • Engineering experience with modern machine-learning frameworks
  • Ability to design rigorous experiments
  • Experience translating research ideas into working systems

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop model architectures, learning objectives, and data strategies for robot foundation models
  • Develop self-supervised and generative pre-training methods using video and robot-interaction data
  • Develop supervised fine-tuning, imitation-learning, and reinforcement-learning methods
  • Curate, filter, and evaluate large-scale robotics datasets
  • Build and use distributed training pipelines
  • Connect model progress to measurable real-world performance
  • Communicate research through publications and scientific activities

Benefits

  • Equity package
  • Flexible scheduling through core working hours
