About the Role
You will lead machine-learning initiatives from planning through long-term maintenance. You will define ML roadmaps, research chatbot architectures, deploy models for conversational agents, and develop recommendation systems for support. You will communicate technical work and results to stakeholders and external audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of machine learning, applied AI, or product ML experience
- Cross-functional technical leadership
- Experience delivering organization-wide impact
- End-to-end ML feature delivery and maintenance
- Production experience with language models, dialog systems, or generative AI
- NLP, deep learning, or ML infrastructure expertise
- Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of machine-learning initiatives
- Define and drive long-term machine-learning roadmaps
- Identify ML and AI opportunities and advise on strategic tradeoffs
- Drive R&D for chatbot architectures using LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and real-time inference
- Design, deploy, and maintain ML models for conversational agents
- Develop ML-powered tools and real-time recommendation systems
- Represent technical systems and programs to stakeholders and external audiences
