About the Role
You will build and optimize large-scale learning systems for open-weight models. You will develop robust ML pipelines and tools, integrate research outputs into production, run distributed deep-learning experiments, implement and benchmark algorithms in Python, and deliver production-grade components.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent proven track record
- 4+ years working on large-scale ML codebases
- PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
- Distributed training with DeepSpeed, FSDP, SLURM, or Kubernetes
- Deep learning, NLP, or LLM experience
- Software design, testing, code review, and CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Accelerate researchers by building robust tools for large-scale ML pipelines
- Integrate checkpoints, streamline evaluation, and expose APIs
- Conduct distributed deep-learning experiments
- Design, implement, and benchmark ML algorithms in Python
- Deliver prototypes as production-grade components
