About the Role

You will plan and deliver communications for change initiatives, write and edit employee communications, manage communication plans and timelines, partner with leaders, support leadership communications, identify communication risks, and use employee feedback to refine messaging.

Requirements

  • Have 5–7 years of internal, change, or corporate communications experience or related experience
  • Demonstrate excellent writing, copy-editing, and presentation-development skills
  • Demonstrate experience developing communications for acquisitions, integrations, organizational change, technology transformation, People programs, or other large-scale business changes
  • Demonstrate experience managing communications plans, timelines, stakeholders, reviews, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential or sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver communications for change initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, organizational changes, and People programs
  • Write and edit employee communications across announcements, FAQs, talking points, toolkits, presentations, intranet news, and Teams communications
  • Turn complex or incomplete information into clear change communications
  • Manage communication plans, calendars, project trackers, reviews, approvals, and delivery timelines
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on messaging, timing, audiences, and delivery channels
  • Support leadership communications, including company meetings, updates, talking points, presentations, and announcements
  • Identify communications risks and employee impacts and recommend solutions
  • Gather and synthesize employee feedback and sentiment to refine messages
