About the Role
You will build infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing systems. You will optimize Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP deployments; improve build, test, and deployment systems; create shared tooling; debug complex systems; review designs for operational integrity; lead reliability improvements; and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Architect and improve infrastructure automation and infrastructure as code
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Create self-healing systems for common failures
- Optimize Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP deployments
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Improve build, test, and deployment systems
- Create centralized engineering-lifecycle tooling
- Debug and harden complex systems
- Review system designs for security, scale, and operational integrity
- Educate and mentor engineers on reliability
- Write well-tested code and integrate third-party vendors
