About the Role
You will operate the identity governance platform, build access request and approval flows, and configure access expiry. You will run access-review campaigns, automate revocation, govern privileged roles, define birthright access, and produce tool-generated evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX audits.
Requirements
- 7+ years in identity or security engineering, including at least 4 years implementing identity governance
- Implementation experience with Okta Identity Governance, SailPoint, Saviynt, ConductorOne, Opal, Lumos, or similar platforms
- Experience designing and running end-to-end access reviews and certifications, including revocation
- Experience with role or persona modelling, birthright rules, and separation of duties
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX access controls
- Scripting and API integration skills
- Ability to drive adoption of access reviews and approvals and explain evidence to auditors
Responsibilities
- Operate the identity governance platform
- Build access request flows with app-owner approval
- Configure time-bound access expiry
- Design and run privileged and standard access review campaigns
- Implement automatic revocation after access reviews
- Govern administrator roles on Tier Zero SaaS platforms
- Define birthright access using Workday attributes
- Produce audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX controls
