About the Role
You will define validation strategies and plans, execute hands-on board and system testing, analyze failures, and automate test workflows. You will validate hardware and firmware, work with ODM partners, maintain traceability, and communicate validation readiness and results.

Responsibilities
- Define board-level and inter-board validation plans
- Develop validation methodologies and test coverage
- Execute prototype and production-intent hardware validation
- Perform board bring-up and system integration testing
- Validate firmware builds and regression coverage
- Automate testing, measurement collection, and reporting
- Work with ODM partners on qualification and issue resolution
- Investigate failures and perform root-cause analysis
- Author validation plans, procedures, reports, and qualification summaries
- Track defects, risks, corrective actions, and release readiness
- Travel internationally and domestically as needed
