About the Role

You will develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions for complex compute systems, including host processor modules, server blades, and multi-node racks. You will create test software, test content, automation, and diagnostics; define test coverage; investigate hardware issues; and improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality across silicon, boards, systems, software, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience developing and deploying manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers, GPU-class accelerators, or comparable large-scale compute hardware
  • Technical leadership as an individual contributor
  • Experience owning substantial technical workstreams and collaborating across multiple teams
  • Technical understanding of silicon, board, and system design
  • Experience defining manufacturing test coverage and leading complex debugging and root-cause analysis
  • Experience collaborating with software, firmware, and platform teams
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, OpenBMC, vendor-specific test tools, diagnostics, and system-level utilities
  • Software engineering experience with Python, Bash, or similar scripting and automation tools
  • Familiarity with rack-scale or multi-node systems and high-speed interconnects
  • Experience improving manufacturing yield, test time, or false-failure rates through data-driven optimization
  • Knowledge of open-source tools for manufacturing test, system bring-up, and hardware diagnostics
  • Experience designing testability and diagnosability features such as telemetry, self-test hooks, or debug interfaces
