About the Role

You will define the technical roadmap and design critical end-to-end, AI-powered applications for internal workflows. You will solve complex technical issues, establish engineering best practices, partner with product and design stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as the technical owner of team-owned software systems
  • Experience designing and building end-to-end full-stack cloud-native applications
  • Customer obsession and a product engineering mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Focus on execution and operational rigor
  • Passion for the data intelligence space

Responsibilities

  • Define the technical strategy and roadmap for in-house solutions supporting critical internal workflows
  • Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions
  • Solve the most challenging technical issues and complex development tasks
  • Drive engineering best practices for design quality, operational reviews, testing strategies, and incident management
  • Mentor junior engineers
