About the Role
You will architect and build agentic systems for People Technology workflows, define platform design patterns and safeguards, integrate HR systems as agent-accessible tools, and lead technical design reviews. You will translate technical capabilities into outcomes and mentor engineers on AI-first development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 2 years building production LLM or agentic applications
- Fluency in Python and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
- Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and SaaS HR or HCM integrations
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or equivalent data platforms and lakehouse or warehouse architectures
- Experience driving architectural decisions, writing RFCs, and improving engineering quality
Responsibilities
- Architect and build agentic systems for People Technology workflows
- Define agent design patterns, tool-calling conventions, retrieval-augmented pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails
- Integrate People Technology systems through Unity Catalog and MCP-style interfaces
- Review designs, establish engineering standards, and lead architectural reviews
- Translate agentic capabilities into business outcomes and mentor engineers
