Glider helps crypto traders and investors build, test, and execute non-custodial trading strategies onchain through automated portfolio management. With it, users can create custom portfolios, automate rebalancing across multiple blockchains, and maintain full control of their assets using session keys and smart wallets. Glider aims to eliminate the complexity of DeFi by abstracting away technical barriers while enabling sophisticated portfolio automation.

About the Role
You will build end-to-end features across Glider’s full technology stack. You will work with TypeScript and Cloudflare services, develop Web3 execution systems, design backend workflows and realtime systems, build React interfaces, integrate AI agent systems, and maintain testing observability security and correctness across distributed financial software.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Strong systems fundamentals
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers and related platform services
- Experience with Web3 and EVM systems
- Experience with backend and realtime systems
- Expertise in React and frontend technologies
- Practical experience with AI and agent systems
- Strong testing practices with Vitest and Playwright
- Deep technical and economic knowledge of swaps lending AMMs and perps
