About Glider
Glider provides infrastructure for investors, developers, and strategy providers to create and distribute automated onchain investment strategies. Its platform supports strategy publishing, user-authorized enrollment, smart accounts, portfolio automation, rebalancing, position tracking, and performance reporting. Glider retains a non-custodial model in which users control their assets, and its current offering includes crypto, stablecoins, tokenized stocks, and other onchain assets.

About the Role
You will build end-to-end features across Glider’s full technology stack. You will work with TypeScript and Cloudflare services, develop Web3 execution systems, design backend workflows and realtime systems, build React interfaces, integrate AI agent systems, and maintain testing observability security and correctness across distributed financial software.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Strong systems fundamentals
- Experience with Cloudflare Workers and related platform services
- Experience with Web3 and EVM systems
- Experience with backend and realtime systems
- Expertise in React and frontend technologies
- Practical experience with AI and agent systems
- Strong testing practices with Vitest and Playwright
- Deep technical and economic knowledge of swaps lending AMMs and perps
