About the Role
You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical challenges and provide practical AI solutions. You will collaborate with sales, provide customer feedback to product teams, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical enterprise experience.
- Customer-facing technical skills.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Understanding of data-center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power management, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide solutions.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to provide customer feedback and inform product enhancements.
