About the Role
You will develop test plans and procedures for flight-critical software systems. You will execute verification and validation activities across hardware, software, and integrated systems; analyze test data; troubleshoot defects; and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Hands-on testing experience across software, hardware, or integrated systems
- Knowledge of verification and validation, regression testing, and test-case development
- Experience with test tools, automation, Python, MATLAB, or similar scripting tools
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, requirements, and system specifications
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and isolate defects
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering, QA, systems, and manufacturing teams
- Familiarity with ISO, MIL-STD, DO-178C, or DO-254 standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain an S//SAR security clearance is desired
